Remove a Red Wine Stain
If a romantic evening ended in a spill on the carpet, never fear. This treatment is both simple and effective.

2 cups cold water
1 tablespoon liquid hand soap

Step 1
If the spill is fresh, soak up as much of the wine as you can with a paper towel.Step 2
Mix a tablespoon of liquid hand soap into the 2 cups of cool water. Dab this solution onto the stain using the sponge (cellulose) side of the Greener Clean Scrub Sponge. Rinse the sponge and wring it out. Then, use the dry sponge to absorb the soapy liquid from the stain.Step 3
Repeat step 2 until the stain is gone.
